The Educator Excellence (E²) Award recognizes those educators demonstrating teaching excellence in Olathe Public Schools. The program was established to honor educators who demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of their students, work with others in the educational environment, and bridge the gap to reach parents. The award includes a $500 unrestricted cash grant to the recipient.
The Foundation will choose up to two winners each month, August through May, but nominations are accepted throughout the year. Nomination forms will be kept on file and considered monthly for one year from the time that they are received in the Foundation office.
To nominate an educator, please complete and print the nomination form in PDF format or Word format. Please send completed nominations to Olathe Public Schools Foundation, 300 E. Loula Street, Olathe, KS 66061. Nominations are due in the OPSF office by the first of each month for consideration. Original copies of the nomination letters are preferred, however applications also can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact your building principal or the Foundation office at 913-780-8222 if you need assistance.
