My Students:
Third graders love movement! They need those valuable opportunities to be able to move and have choices in the classroom. My project allows my students to choose where to sit and allows them to "get the wiggles out!"
My Project:
I introduced flexible seating into my classroom in August of 2015. I had our principal get rid of the desks and replaced them with large tables. After using flexible seating for two years, I will never go back to normal desks in my room. Over the last two years I have added several seating options into my classroom. This year I would like to add Wobble Stools as another option. Wobble Stools allow my kids to wiggle around while they are at their tables.
My Students Need:
My students need 4 Wobble Stools and 2 more stability balls to allow for a variety of choices in my classroom.
