My first grade students love learning, but not sitting! They thrive when they can move, recline, bounce, wiggle and wobble.
My Project:
Can you imagine the hum and excitement in a first grade classroom? Picture students focused on their work, calm and engaged in their lessons. Students will have a variety of seating options that provide for movement, engagement and focused learning. Small groups will be working together to discuss learning objectives while seated on yoga balls, wiggle seats, working on the floor or in traditional desks. They will be able to choose the learning environment that best fits their learning style.
